11. Sun Vegas Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check. However, Sun Vegas Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:

    XI)	Sun Vegas Casino reserves the right to close Real accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the Deposits made on the account. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused. The countries are from certain parts of South East Asia, Eastern Europe and Southern Africa.

12. All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. You have to provide us copy of your proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards, an approval signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Your proof of identity Must Exactly Match with your registered name and surname. If you fail to provide the necessary documentation after we requested as such or submit fraudulent documentation, your account will be locked and all winnings and/or cash-in will be Void and/or your cash-in will be token refunded to your casino account. 14. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to Sun Vegas Casino in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.

23. 'Sun Vegas Casino' is the trade name of Sun Vegas Casino, and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the material contained therein.
    
24. Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
    
25. Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of Sun Vegas Casino and will not be returned. Sun Vegas Casino is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.

28. Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported.
    
29. Players must play in the currency of the country in which they reside if it is available. If the home currency is not available players must play in US Dollars. Should players not observe this rule their bonuses will be removed.
